A site assessment will be performed where all of your telecomunication and data resources will be reviewed.
A needs assessment will be performed with designated staff to determine the types of issues your site regularly experiences. Site needs will be converted into an approximate time range needed on site and your tailored maintenance agreement will be prepared.
